Payment & Booking Confirmation

  • Invoices must be paid in full for a coaching session to be confirmed.

  • Sessions are not held, reserved, or guaranteed until payment is received.

By completing payment, you agree to the alexandermedic Refund & Cancellation Policy, including:

  • No refunds or rebooking for cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session

  • Multi-session packages (including 3-, 4-, or 5-session packages) must be used within 6 weeks of payment, after which unused sessions will expire


Refund & Rebooking Policy

At alexandermedic, coaching time is reserved exclusively for you. The following policy applies to all coaching sessions.


Cancellations & Rebooking

More than 72 hours before the scheduled session

  • Rebooking: Free

  • Refund: 90% of session fee

Between 72 and 24 hours before the scheduled session

  • Rebooking: Free

  • Refund: 50% of session fee

Within 24 hours of the scheduled session

  • Rebooking: Not available

  • Refund: Not available

  • The session is considered used


Session Packs (Multi-Session Packages)

If you purchase a session package and do not receive an interview offer, you may request a pro-rated refund for unused sessions only, provided that:

  • Reasonable evidence of the application outcome is supplied (e.g. official email notification)

  • The request is submitted in writing

  • Used sessions or sessions cancelled within 24 hours are not refundable


Session Package Validity & Expiry

All multi-session packages (including but not limited to 3-, 4-, or 5-session packages) must be fully booked and used within 6 weeks of the original payment date.

  • The 6-week validity period begins on the date payment is received

  • Sessions not booked and used within this period will expire automatically

  • Expired sessions are not refundable, transferable, or extendable, except where required by law

  • Clients are responsible for booking their sessions within the validity period

This policy applies regardless of booking frequency, scheduling gaps, or periods of inactivity.

Purchasing a multi-session package does not reserve open-ended availability.


IMG Interview Workshop — Terms of Service

By purchasing access to this workshop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Service

This workshop is a live, small-group educational session designed to support interview preparation for international medical graduates (IMGs).

Your purchase includes:

  • Access to the live session

  • Access to the session recording

  • Access to selected preparation materials

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited seat nature of this workshop, the following policy applies:

Hot Seat Participants

  • ≥ 7 days before the session:

    Full refund only if preparation materials have not been accessed

  • ≥ 72 hours before the session:

    Refund issued minus $59 (cost of included preparation seminar)

  • < 72 hours before the session:

    No refund

Audit Participants

  • ≥ 48 hours before the session:

    Full refund

  • < 48 hours before the session or non-attendance:

    50% refund, with access to the full recording

Additional Conditions

  • Accessing preparation materials is considered use of digital content and may affect refund eligibility

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email prior to the session

  • Transfers to a future session may be considered at discretion

3. Access to Materials

  • Access to all preparation materials is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase

  • Materials are provided for personal use only

  • Sharing, distributing, recording, or reproducing any materials (including session recordings) is strictly prohibited

  • Unauthorised use may result in:

    • termination of access

    • removal from current or future sessions

    • further action where appropriate

4. Recording & Use of Content

Sessions will be recorded for educational purposes.

  • By participating in the workshop, you consent to being included in the recording

  • Recordings may be used for teaching, training, and future educational content

If you do not consent to being recorded:

  • You should not select a Hot Seat position

  • You may participate as an Audit attendee instead

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully with others

  • Maintain confidentiality of shared discussions

  • Not share or distribute workshop content

Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

This workshop provides educational guidance only.

Participation does not guarantee:

  • job offers

  • interview outcomes

  • employment within the Australian healthcare system

Administrative Notes

  • All cancellation, rebooking, or refund requests must be submitted via email to alex@alexandermedic.com

  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 business days

  • By booking a session or purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service
